How shops on Facebook Pages work

Shops are a way to look through collections and purchase products on Facebook Pages. When a Page sets up a shop, the Page may customize its collections to show you more relevant products.
To see a Page’s shop:
  1. Go to the Page you want to browse by clicking its name on your Feed or searching for it.
  2. Click Shop.
  3. Choose a product or collection to learn more.

How is your data used with shops on Facebook?
Shops on Facebook are a Meta Product that use your data to provide our services, as described in our Meta Terms of Service.
Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used to provide, personalize and improve our products, including for ads.
This means that your activity may influence what you see in shops and our Products. For instance, if you look through collections of bicycles in shops, you might see more content (including ads) about bicycles on other Meta Products.
In order to show you products and brands that you may be interested in when browsing individual shops, Instagram Shop or Facebook Shop, we use machine learning models and other algorithmic ranking tools.
For example, we may use machine learning models to identify product trends that are popular across all of Instagram and Facebook and those may affect the recommendations you see.
Learn more about how we collect, use and share information and your rights in our Privacy Policy.
