How do I ask a question when I’m watching a live shopping video?

Live Shopping on Facebook is only available to shops in the US and Thailand and participating shops in some countries at this time.
If you’re watching a live shopping video on Facebook, you can ask a shop a question by leaving a comment on the video or by messaging the shop.
To message a shop:
  1. From a live shopping video, hover over the name of the shop in the top right.
  2. Click to message the shop.
