Request ratings from buyers on Facebook Marketplace

Request Ratings From Commerce Profile
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap marketplace. If you don't see marketplace tap See more.
  3. Tap , then tap Commerce profile.
  4. Scroll down and tap Request ratings.
  5. Find the buyer you want to request a review from, then tap Send request.
Request Ratings From Your listings
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap marketplace. If you don't see marketplace tap See more.
  3. Tap .
  4. Below Selling, tap Your listings.
  5. Scroll down to the listing you want to request a review for, then tap Ask for reviews.
  6. Below the buyer’s name, tap Send request.
Your seller ratings become public once you receive 4 or more ratings. Everyone on Marketplace can see your ratings by checking your commerce profile.
