How do I access Groups Support for a Facebook group I admin?

Admins of select highly engaged Facebook groups have access to Groups Support to ask questions, report problems or provide feedback.
You can access Groups Support through your Facebook group. An automated bot will help you resolve or submit your issue. If you submit an issue, someone from the Groups Support team will respond within one business day to the email you use to log into Facebook.
Access Groups Support
  1. From your Feed, click Groups in the left menu and select your group. If you don't see Groups, click See more.
  2. On the left side of your screen, scroll down and click Groups Support.
  3. Follow the prompts to resolve or submit your issue.
  4. If you submit an issue, the response will be emailed to you within one business day. Check the email you use to log into Facebook.
Best practices
  • Make sure the email address you use to log into Facebook is current. Groups Support will respond to the email you use to log into Facebook, so if you don’t have access to that email account, learn how to change the email address you use to log into Facebook.
  • Provide all of the important information in your initial request:
    • Clearly explain the issue, including the steps you took before you experienced the issue
    • Attach screenshots and/or screen recordings showing the issue (please show your full screen and save the file as a JPEG, PDF or PNG)
    • If something isn’t working, let us know:
      • If you’re experiencing the issue on both your mobile app and your computer. If you see the issue on your mobile app: Are you using an iOS device or an Android?
      • Is your app updated to the latest version?
      • If you’ve tried these troubleshooting steps
What Groups Support can help with
Groups Support can help with the following issues related to your group and your admin profile:
  • Product questions (example: What’s the best way to grow my community?)
  • Technical issues (example: When I click on pending members, my app stops working)
  • Product suggestions (example: I would like to see who hasn’t been active in my group for the last 30 days)
  • Requests (example: How can I change my group name?)
The Groups Support team can only answer questions about the group you contacted them through. If you can see Groups Support in one group you admin but not another, it might be because your other group doesn’t have access to Groups Support. Groups Support may become available for these groups if the activity and member engagement increases. If you're having an issue with a different group or with your personal account, contact Facebook Help & Support.
What languages Groups Support is available in
The Groups Support team currently offers support in English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, French, German, Italian, Hindi, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.
Groups Support is only visible if your group is eligible and your profile is set to one of these languages.
