How do I create a Facebook group where my Page is the admin?

Classic Pages
If you're a Page admin, you can create a new group with your Page as the admin. If you're the admin of an existing group, you can also add your Page as an admin.
To create a group with your Page as the admin:
  1. From your Feed, click Pages in the left menu and select your Page.
  2. Click Groups below the cover photo. If you can't see Groups, click More then select Edit tabs and click next to Groups. Then return to your Page, click More and select Groups.
  3. Click Create Linked Group and fill in the on-screen sections for your group.
  4. Click Create.
Your Page can be the admin of up to 200 groups. These groups are listed on your Page.

Note: Pages with age restrictions can't be linked to a group.
New Pages experience
If you're a Page admin, you can create a new group with your Page as the admin. If you're the admin of an existing group, you can also add your Page as an admin.
To create a group with your Page as the admin:
  1. If your account isn't already set to your Page, click in the top right of Facebook, click Switch Profile and select your Page.
  2. From your Feed, click Groups in the left menu.
  3. Click Create New Group in the left menu.
  4. Fill in the on-screen sections for your group.
  5. Click Create.
Your Page can be the admin of up to 200 groups. These groups are listed on your Page.
