How do I choose which kinds of posts are available in my Facebook group?

This option is only available in some groups for now.
Admins of some groups can choose which kinds of posts people can create in their group. Admins can also customize the shortcuts available when someone goes to post in their group.
Note that Photo/Video, Camera, Check In, Tag Friends, Feeling/Activity and Background Color are available to everyone in groups and can’t be turned off.
To choose which post formats to allow or not allow:
  1. From your Feed, click Groups in the left menu and select your group. If you don't see Groups, click See more.
  2. Click Group Settings in the left menu.
  3. Below Manage Discussion, click edit next to Post Formats.
  4. Click next to each feature you want to allow. Click next to each feature you don’t want to allow.
  5. Click Save.
