Send a private message to a Facebook Page

You can only send a private message to Pages that have turned on messaging. To send a private message to a Page:
  1. Click Search Facebook at the top of Facebook and enter the name of the Page you want to message. Tap the Page in the search results to go to it.
  2. Click Send Message or below the Page's cover photo.
  3. Type your message and press enter to send.
If you don't see the option to message a Page, it means the Page has turned off this feature. To contact a Page with messages turned off, you may be able to post on the Page.
Please keep in mind that Pages, including Pages operated by Facebook, may use apps or automated messaging bots to power their chat experiences using Messenger Platform.
